I AM a multi-passionate emerging serial entrepreneur, digital marketer, strategist, and financial coach. I have merged my business acumen with my passion to empower others to become the best version of who they are and have created my own lane. Having served thousands of clients with over 10 years of experience wearing multiple hats in the finance industry, I have an excellent track record and is committed to the overall fiscal welfare of Detroiters.
In addition to building the, I AM Fin Savvy brand and using blogging as a tool to directly serve a multitude of clients, I also created I AM Jennifer Mo Consulting, a digital marketing and business development company, in an effort to broaden my impact and ability to serve others. Among my diverse array of skills, I took the opportunity to leverage my marketing background and developed business strategies and website designs for non-profit organizations, service-based businesses, and entrepreneurs.

I venture to collaborate with organizations for the advancement of community development. It's amazingly easy to get caught up in the social glitz and glamour of a city that has sparked innovation in business. When we place the words thrive and Detroit in the same sentence, immediately the Downtown area is what we speak of. It has been my mission to focus on and enrich some of the most impoverished parts of the city. I’ve always partnered with organizations that are committed to servicing under-served communities.
Career
I am a Certified Financial Counselor to those who are looking to become more financially savvy. I like to find practical ways to help you reach your financial goals. I started my career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago - Detroit, where I spend 5 years. After working at The Fed, I spend 5 years at a Detroit Credit Union as a Financial Service Representative. I've worked in the financial services industry for years helping people become financially stable as well as providing marketing and sales expertise. I am committed to helping people get to where they want to be, no matter where they have been.
Travel
Within fear of the unknown, there lies the beauty. Which brings out qualities in you that you didn't know you had. Sometimes it is the journey of finding yourself that makes you brave and adventurous. One day, a very close friend said that she was going to Thailand. With no hesitation, I said I was going too! Two weeks later, I wondered what took me so long to just get up and go. It's all about activation. That's what I am about. Seeing the vision and making it happen. Traveling forever changed my life.
